The accreditation process will be open between the 23rd of December 2025 and the 12th of January 2026.
Media representatives who wish to be accredited must complete the form below by following the steps:

IMPORTANT!
For the first section of the form – IDENTITY – please complete as follows:
FIRST NAME – your first and last name;
LAST NAME – your media organization;
PRIMARY E-MAIL – your email address (please double-check that it is written correctly);
PHOTO – a recent portrait-style photo, with a neutral background, clearly showing your face, similar to an ID photo.
*In the NOTE subcategory, please mention the media institution, official website and the position you have in the institution (journalist/photographer/videographer) and if you want to apply for virtual or onsite accreditation
Incorrect or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
The places available to the press are limited, and the organizer reserves the right to select accredited persons for the event.
For one institution the accreditation is granted for one representative, maximum 2, but only for the formulas of 1 reporter + 1 photographer or 1 reporter + 1 cameraman.
The media accreditations are strictly reserved for mass media representatives (reporters, photojournalists, radio and TV editors, radio and TV teams, online journalists, foreign correspondents, and press agency correspondents). Facebook pages are not considered media institutions!
